The Colt Model 1860 was one of the most commonly used revolvers of the Civil War. A reliable and durable weapon, the gun saw use across a wide range of battlefields, and was also a preferred sidearm for cowboys and frontiersmen in the American west.

The Colt Revolver comes as almost standard issue during most Confederate and Union missions. It is easily one of the most accurate handguns, and is an ideal backup weapon, capable of holding its own even against enemies armed with repeaters. If the player is capable enough, it is possible to go through an entire mission using nothing but the Colt and a few hand grenades.
